What the ride is like
The group leaves reception with a guide, at a walking pace, along trails on the property. There is no galloping and no technical sections. It is a sightseeing ride: the idea is to see the Jardim landscape from another angle and watch for birds and other animals along the way.
Before setting off, the guide shows you how to mount, hold the reins and stop the horse. First-timers get the hang of it within a few minutes.
